About the song titled „Strong“:
On this song you can hear Heike Makatsch on lead-vocals.
„Strong“ was part of my live soundtrack for the theatre production of „Paris, Texas“, directed by Sebastian Hartmann, starring Rosalind Baffoe, Maximilian Brauer, Yusuf El Baz, Manuel Harder, Heike Makatsch, Hagen Oechel, Peter René Lüdicke and Birgit Unterweger.
„Paris, Texas“ was a production based on the Wim Wenders Film with the same title and was performed in the Central-Theater Leipzig, Germany.
Heike has beautifully sung this song during the theatre performances, and we have sung four more nice songs together, which you will find here for download soon.
The song is a single release from my official soundtrack album "Paris, Texas", which I am currently remastering for upload.
At the same time there will be a second single release with the song „Hey Joe“ (available only on iTunes, loudr etc.)
lyrics
Strong
that's how strong
my love was for you
you scratched the mirror
until it was blind
that's how long
I's too beat and lost
to think a thought
were does the wasteland
start and end
that's how wrong
everything has gone
how could you dare
leave me alone in such despair
